Daniella T. Ampudia is a young Scenographer born and raised in Lima, Peru. Her curiosity about the arts sprung from a childhood spent backstage, in theatre booths, and playing violin for more than 9 years. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor in Theatre & Performance Studies with a concentration in Design and Technology, where she learned to channel her intuition and passion for the arts into her designs. Her curiosity led her to try it all and to become a Scenographer for the stage and a Costume Technician for both Theatre and TV/Film.

Selected production credits include: Lighting Designer for Shrek Jr., and First Hand for Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley at Theatrical Outfit. Scenic Designer for Ontario was Here, and Assistant Scenic Designer for Split in Three at Aurora Theatre. Lighting Designer for Feathers and Teeth; Scenic and Costume Designer for In the Red and Brown Water, and Associate Lighting Designer for Heathers at KSU. Daniella was also part of the Joel A. Katz Music & Entertainment Business Program, and was selected to be part of the USITT’s 2018 Gateway Mentorship Program.
